WASHINGTON D.C. – As the Congress adjourned for the Thanksgiving holiday, the House and Senate approved the conference report on one of the final spending bills that will send over $62 million to military installations in Utah, and now sends the measure to the White House where it will be signed into law.
“Utah’s military installations play a critical role in the overall mission of the United States Armed Services, and will continue to advance our military readiness” said Bennett, a member of the Senate Appropriations Committee. “I remain committed to supporting Utah bases and am pleased my colleagues recognize our state’s important contributions.”
